All vehicles including parts and goods will be retained by Bad Penny Classic & Custom Services LTD until payment is made in full, or unless previously arranged
Our charge out rate is $90.00 per hour plus GST ($103.50 GSTinc)
Invoices are generated weekly for ongoing projects and payment is expected within 7 days of issue. Work will cease if payment is not made; and storage fees may apply until payment is received in full *please see below re storage fees
All other jobs - full payment is on pickup, unless previously arranged
Interest may be charged on any amount outstanding after invoice due date at a rate of 2.5% per month or part thereof
Any costs incurred in collecting outstanding debt will be payable by the customer. All debt will be referred to Baycorp automatically after 90 days of no payment
Due to the nature of our business, we can only “estimate” not quote
We reserve the right to increase our charge out rate at any given time without notice (existing jobs will be given 7 days’ notice)
Bank transfer is preferred; however, we accept cash/EFTPOS and major credit cards. All credit card payments will incur a 3% surcharge
If work on a vehicle ceases for reasons out of the customers control but not limited to (eg, waiting on parts, certification process etc) At Bad Penny Classic & Custom Services LTD discretion; storage fees may not apply
If the customer chooses to pause work; and the vehicle remains at Bad Penny Classic & Custom Services LTD (dependent on available space) a storage fee of $50.00 +gst per week will apply.
Wire wheel policy
If you have wire/knock off wheels on your vehicle we ask you check all wheels and sign an acknowledgment form before leaving the premises
Due to the nature of reproduction parts, we cannot guarantee the correct fitment – this may result in extra cost to retify
After market stainless trim moldings tend to be of a thinner grade material which in turn can deform or get damaged easily during installation. All care will be taken on installation to minimize damage however we do this at the customer’s risk.
If you are not satisfied with a completed job, please let us know in the first instance so we can take appropriate action to rectify the situation
